The initial 2D and 3D files were misaligned — floor elevations, wall junctions, and roof geometries didn’t match.
Inconsistencies between AutoCAD plans and SketchUp models caused structural conflicts and code deviations, making documentation unreliable.

We rebuilt the model entirely in Revit, establishing a unified grid and level system. All geometry was refined to meet NCC and AS 1100 standards.
